Washington Commanders’ running back Brian Robinson has been official ruled out for Sunday’s tilt against the Baltimore Ravens, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Robinson did not practice this week due to a knee injury, so the fact Robinson has been ruled out is not that shocking.
With Robinson out, the Commanders will lean on Austin Ekeler to fill in as the starter but will also utilize Jeremy McNichols. However, the Commanders will have a tough time in the run department as the Ravens have allowed the fewest yards on the ground to opposing running backs this season and are one of the league’s most stout run defenses.
